The service

Nuragrid for Google Analytics is a hosted MCP server that lets AI clients you authorize read your Google Analytics data and, where you allow it, create annotations on your properties. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Your account and responsibilities

• You must be allowed to use the Google account you connect.
• You are responsible for the AI clients you authorize and for what they do with your access, including annotations they create on your behalf. Review the access you grant and revoke clients you no longer use.
• Keep your Google account secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nuragrid for Google Analytics to:

• harass, defraud or deceive anyone;
• break the law or the terms of Google's services, including Google Analytics;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or try to access other users' accounts or data.

We may apply rate limits to protect the service.

Termination

You can stop using Nuragrid for Google Analytics at any time by disconnecting Google Analytics or deleting your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI clients will behave as you expect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nuragrid for Google Analytics and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
