Ask for an invitation

Google Analytics, inside every AI assistant you use.

Nuragrid for Google Analytics is a hosted MCP server for Google Analytics. Paste one URL into your client and sign in with Google once: no Google Cloud project, no Python and no credentials file. Your assistant can then look up your accounts and properties and run reports, within the access you grant.

Works with any remote MCP client, including

  • Claude
  • Claude Code
  • Cursor
  • VS Code
  • ChatGPT

Set up once, then use it from every client.

There is nothing to install or host. Every client uses the same URL, and each one gets its own grant you can revoke.

  1. Add the URL

Paste your MCP URL into Claude, Cursor, VS Code, ChatGPT or any client that speaks remote MCP.

  2. Sign in with Google

Approve Google Analytics access once. There is no Google Cloud project, API key or credentials file to set up.

  3. Ask in plain language

Your assistant finds your properties and runs reports with the tools listed below.

What your assistant can do

The tools of Google's own open-source Analytics MCP server, with the same names, descriptions and arguments. Each one is marked read or write, so your client knows which calls change anything.

Try asking

A few prompts to start with, from the open-source server's own guide.

  • Ask what the server can do

what can the google-analytics server do?

  • Ask about a property

Give me details about my Google Analytics property with 'xyz' in the name

  • Prompt for analysis

what are the most popular events in my Google Analytics property in the last 180 days?

  • Ask about signed-in users

were most of my users in the last 6 months logged in?

  • Ask about property configuration

what are the custom dimensions and custom metrics in my property?

Your reports stay in Google Analytics.

Nuragrid for Google Analytics passes data between Google Analytics and the client you authorized, and keeps none of your report data. Details are in the privacy policy.

  • Tokens stay on the server

Your Google tokens are encrypted at rest. AI clients never see them; each one gets its own revocable access.

  • No report data stored

Reports go straight to your client. We keep only account details, grant records and metadata-only activity: tool name, property ID and status.

  • Revoke at any time

Revoke a single client, or disconnect Google Analytics entirely, from your dashboard.

  • Read-only access

This server asks Google only for read-only access to Google Analytics. It cannot change your accounts, properties or settings.

Unofficial, and open about it.

Nuragrid for Google Analytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Analytics is a trademark of Google LLC.
